Overview

Smart is a flexible technology-based alternative to legacy retirement systems, focused on building integrated solutions designed to help participant outcomes and reduce plan sponsor burdens.

This case study will focus on a series of retirement onboarding sales demos showcasing products for both small and mid-market sectors, resulting in a collaborative partnership and instigating multiple discussions regarding record-keeping alliances. During the project, I collaborated closely with an agile team comprised of product owners, program managers, industry experts, compliance, UX researchers, developers, and other key stakeholders to attain user and business objectives.
